has any one else used this law firm to represent them in a FELA case? IF so how long did it take them I have been waiting almost three years for them to settle with the railroad or even set a court date!
is anyone else having the same problem?

Do you mean set a court date or file your case? There is a difference. If your case has not even been filed you may have an issue with the statute of limitations.
