I took a buyout from UP 10 yrs ago. I worked for 1 1.2 years for NS before my job was abolished. I have been applying for CSXT but not getting hired. I have a MA and a BA and am currently working as a dispatcher for Passenger/Transit. What am I doing wrong? maggie
